Our code of conduct
At Surrey Snooker Academy we’re hot on values rather than rules.
That said, there are a few things we expect from our members as we try to build a club that everyone can be proud of.

- Be friendly and respectful to everyone. We're all different. The way we look, what we might believe or prefer, and where we come from is no reason for us to be treated any other way.
- Moderate your language please. We all curse occasionally but let's make this a club where everyone feels comfortable.
- Be considerate of your opponent and any players on the other table. The game is hard enough as it is without someone chatting, coughing, standing in your line-of-sight or moving around when you're down on a shot.
- We invest in the most professional equipment and accessories to help you improve your game. Please treat them as if they were your own.
- Please re-spot the balls gently to avoid denting the slate, avoid dragging the rests along the cloth and only use the Taom chalk we provide.
- Please avoid marking the walls by resting your feet, accessories or bags against them.
- Please put your phones on silent. If you really can't avoid taking or making a call during a frame please leave the snooker room to do so.
If these guidelines sound like the way you like to behave, you’re just the kind of member we’re looking for. Thanks for your understanding.
